Creamy Spaghetti Squash Chicken Bake Recipe

  • 1 package Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for roasting and sautéing
  • Parmesan cheese, for topping

🥄 How to Cook & Shred the Spaghetti Squash:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Drizzle both halves with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place them cut-side up on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 35–45 minutes, or until the skin is easily pierced with a fork and the inside is tender.
  5. Cool slightly, then use a fork to scrape out the “spaghetti” strands into a large bowl.

🍳 How to Make the Creamy Chicken Sausage Bake:

  1. While the squash roasts, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken sausage (removed from casing) and cook for about 3 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns.
  3. Toss in the grape tomatoes and sauté until they begin to blister and burst — about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a lightly greased baking pan, combine the shredded spaghetti squashcooked sausage, and tomatoes. Mix until evenly distributed.
  6. Add dollops of Boursin cheese across the top, then bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven, stir gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce, and top with shredded Parmesanbefore serving.
